In these capacities, he has been responsible for managing and supervising teams, ensuring the smooth execution of all project phases, and maintaining high quality and safety standards. His leadership skills and technical expertise have enabled him to effectively evaluate projects, provide guidance and support to his team, and ensure the successful completion of electrical installations and repairs.
His certifications highlight Rodney's commitment to professional development as a licensed Electrical Contractor-Non Restricted in Georgia, and a Mechanical Contractor in South Carolina. He has also completed OSHA training in construction safety and health, enhancing his qualifications and expertise.

Freddick C. Strobridge
Vice President of Operations
Freddick Strobridge is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional in commercial electrical contracting with over 26 years of experience. Alongside his extensive practical experience, Freddick has also attended East GA College and the University of West GA.
Freddick's broad knowledge and skills in various areas of electrical contracting make him an invaluable asset. His proficiency in blueprint reading, management skills, layout, and take-offs have been repeatedly demonstrated through his involvement in significant projects such as the Glennville National Guard, Landmark Dodge Dealership, and multiple Planet Fitness renovation projects.
He has successfully managed various electrical projects in the past, including the Glennville National Guard and Summerville, consistently ensuring a high level of safety by holding OSHA certifications.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Freddick is passionate about researching history beyond what traditional textbooks teach us in schools. This love for delving deeper into historical events and topics showcases his curiosity and dedication to expanding his knowledge and understanding of the past. Vice President of Business Development
J.R. Henderson is a visionary leader known for his remarkable work in construction and commitment to empowering disenfranchised communities. With a career spanning government, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial ventures, J.R. has gained extensive experience and expertise in business development. J.R. attended Paine College in Augusta, GA, where he earned a degree in Mathematics. He also participated in International Studies in South Africa and Haiti.
After college, J.R. worked in State Government and embarked on several successful entrepreneurial ventures. Currently, he holds the position of V.P. of Business Development at Integrated Power Connections. In this role, J.R. combines his experience as a business owner with his background in workforce development and the government sector to serve the community.
J.R.'s efforts have been recognized and celebrated. He was named a "Powerprenuer" by Black Enterprise Magazine. He was inducted into the National Negro College Fund's Hall of Fame, becoming one of the youngest recipients of this prestigious honor. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee at his alma mater, Paine College, contributing to the growth and development of future leaders.

Berry has 22 years of expertise in the electrical industry. He began his career at Altamha Technical College, earning a residential and commercial wiring certification.
Throughout his career, Berry has acquired extensive knowledge and skills in various areas of electrical contracting. From underground work to installation, he excels in every aspect of the field. His versatility and proficiency have enabled him to work on significant projects, including Brunswick Memorial Hospital, Kennesaw State University, and Savanah Police Department. Berry has successfully managed various electrical projects, demonstrating his leadership and organizational abilities.
Specializing in commercial and residential electrical contracting, Berry is well-versed in meeting clients' diverse needs across different sectors. Additionally, he has expertise in specific technologies and systems, particularly in GA DOT, where he has gained valuable experience in traffic signal installation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Berry has a unique background as a Navy veteran who has spent time in Russia and other countries. This global exposure has broadened his perspective and enhanced his ability to adapt to different environments.
